All Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance. 

A list of all vendors must be provided to the venue manager 30 (thirty) days prior to event date. 

Graham Ranch is not responsible for any potential outside vendor fees. 

In the event of a cancellation you must give 45 day notice to receive the full deposit
